1. General Provisions

By installing and using the Etherea app (hereinafter — "the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of the provisions, please stop using the App.

2. Entertainment Purposes Only

Etherea is an application created strictly for entertainment purposes. - All astrological forecasts, Tarot readings, numerological calculations, "Magic Ball" answers, and other esoteric data are generated based on algorithms and artificial intelligence. - Disclaimer: Information obtained in the App does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. When making vital decisions, always rely on common sense and consult qualified professionals. The creators of the App are not responsible for any of your actions taken based on the received forecasts.

3. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Certain features of the App (dream interpretation, card reading, answers from the Universe) use third-party neural networks (Artificial Intelligence) to generate personal answers. - The AI may generate inaccurate, strange, or unpredictable texts. - It is prohibited to use the "Magic Ball" feature or similar AI functions to generate content containing threats, hate speech, violence, or calls to violate the law. The system moderates such queries and reserves the right to refuse to answer.

4. Privacy and Data

We take your privacy seriously. The App stores the data you enter locally on your device (or in your personal iCloud). Some data (name, gender, astrological data, texts of dreams and wishes) is securely transmitted to AI providers solely at the moment of request to generate a response. 5. Intellectual Property

All visual materials, designs, logos, algorithms (Tarot, Astrology, and Lunar engines), reference texts, and the App's source code are the intellectual property of its creators. Copying, distribution, or use of these materials without explicit permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "AS IS", without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the App will operate without errors, failures, or interruptions, or that AI forecasts will always be available (since they rely on third-party servers).

7. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to periodically update these Terms. By continuing to use the App after changes are made, you automatically agree to the new version of the Terms.
