Etherea — Privacy Policy

1. General Information

Etherea is a mystical application for astrology, numerology, Tarot, and the lunar calendar. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

2. What Data We Collect

The App stores the following data only on your device and in your personal iCloud:

Name and Gender — for numerological calculations, personalization, and AI forecasts.
Date of Birth — for astrological and numerological calculations.
Time of Birth (optional) — for Ascendant calculation.
Birthplace and Current Location — for determining coordinates (astrological calculations).
Diary Entries — your personal notes and AI analysis.
Wish List — your desires, intentions, and AI analysis.
Collection and Achievements — collected cards, runes, crystals, and Initiation steps.

3. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

The App actively uses Artificial Intelligence technologies (via aggregator platforms based on the OpenAI API, for example, ProxyAPI / DeepSeek) for personalized forecasts, Tarot readings, and the Magic Ball.

Data Transfer: When pressing AI interaction buttons (and only at that moment), the App sends your current context via an encrypted channel (HTTPS): - Name, gender, date, time, and place of birth. - Current geographic location. - Query context (drawn Tarot cards, question to the "Magic Ball", a diary entry limited to 100 words, or the text of your wish).

AI Privacy: API providers agree not to use the data provided by users to train their neural networks. We do not store your questions and AI answers on our servers.

With the exception of strictly necessary data transfer to AI servers to generate text in real time, We DO NOT share or sell your data to third parties for marketing or analytics.

No tracking
No hidden ads
No user databases (only your iCloud is used)

5. Data Storage

All data is stored locally on your device in an encrypted form (using SwiftData).
If iCloud is enabled, data is synchronized to your personal iCloud account.
Analytical data regarding App crashes (Crashlytics) is used exclusively for fixing bugs, if you have allowed it in iOS settings.

6. Location Access

The App may request location access only for astronomical calculations and to auto-fill the current city. Your location is NOT constantly tracked in the background, and we do not store your location history.

7. Data Deletion

You are the full owner of your data. You can delete all your data at any time: - Via the App settings (Reset profile). - By deleting the App from your device and deleting the Etherea backup in your Apple ID (iCloud) settings.

8. Children

The App does not contain age restrictions but is not specifically intended for young children.

9. Changes to the Policy

In the event of significant changes to the policy (e.g., integrating new AI services), we will notify users through an App update.
